The BEST Fudge Brownies

I made these brownies the day before I had friends coming over, and let's just say not one was left by the end of that following night.

Fudgy Brownies

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
5 tbsp Butter, melted
2 large Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Manuka Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
Pinch of Salt
3/4 cup Chopped Milk Chocolate

Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease or line an 8x8” baking pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, whisk the sugar and melted butter. Add the eggs, olive oil, vanilla, and honey. Mix well.
Step 3
Add the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and chocolate. Mix just until combined.
Step 4
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is set.
Step 5
Remove from oven and place on a heating pad to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before slicing.
