Butter to taste
Mānuka Honey to taste

2 Slices of Bread
2 Slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 Clove of Garlic, peeled
Chilli Crisp to taste
This is my favorite way to have grilled cheese right now. With holiday cooking and all the craziness, I've been doing a lot of "easy meals" and this keeps on hitting the spot. Don’t forget an alcohol-free Gin and Tonic!
