Ingredients

500 g Ground Beef
1 White Onion - Finely Chopped
4 Garlic Cloves - Minced
Ground Cumin - To Taste
Ground Coriander - To Taste
Salt & Pepper - To Taste

Method

Step 1
Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl and mix well to distribute everything evenly.
Step 2
Form your patties and cook on a grill or pan to your desired temperature. Set aside.
Step 3
Layer in the following order: bottom bun, mayo, patty, tomatoes, green beans, peppers, mayo, top bun.
