Here's an interesting idea - give the classic hot dog a new lease of life by creating a topping with a delicious taste of New Zealand, using King Smoked salmon. Finger licking good!

Beryl Shereshewsky’s Hot Dog

Ingredients

1 poppy seed hot dog bun
1 grilled hot dog
New Zealand smoked salmon
Kimchi
Kewpie mayo
Green onions
Pickled red onions

Method

Step 1
Place a grilled hot dog in a toasted poppy seed bun.
Step 2
Chop New Zealand smoked salmon and mix in Kimchi.
Step 3
Add on top of hot dog.
Step 4
Drizzle Kewpie mayo, sprinkle chopped green onion and place picked red onions on top for a favor and a pop of color. Enjoy!
