Ingredients

1 Abe's Bagel 'The Everything Bagel'
30 g cream cheese
75 g Regal New Zealand King Salmon
1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
1/4 red onion, finely sliced
1 tsp capers
Small handful of fresh dill
Slice of lemon, for garnish
Black pepper, to taste
Zeffer Cider

Method

Step 1
Slice bagel in half and spread cream cheese on the base.
Step 2
Then simply top with the smoked salmon, cucumber ribbons, pickled onion, capers and a squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper.
