Ingredients

150 g Marlborough Sea Salt Proper Crisps, crushed
225 g Justine's Choc Fudge Protein Cookies
200 g Whittaker's Dark Ghana Chocolate
225 g cream cheese
Serve with ŌKU New Zealand Mānuka Blended Tea

Method

Step 1
Place the cookies in a food processor and pulse until they resemble breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Transfer crushed cookies to a large mixing bowl and add the cream cheese. Mix well to form a stiff dough.
Step 3
Roll into balls and dip into the melted chocolate to coat, then roll in the crushed potato ships and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
