Ingredients

1 Cup of Rice Flour
500g firm tofu, cut into 3cm squares
2 tbsp Pacific Harvest Seaweed Salt
Vegetable oil, for frying

Method

Step 1
Toss the tofu into rice flour
Step 2
In batches, fry the tofu in a wok with hot oil until they are golden and crisp
Step 3
Drain on paper towel and gently toss with the Pacific Harvest Seaweed Salt.
